Medium golden yellow, silver reflections, fine mousse. Ripe tropical fruit underpinned by blossom honey, a little mango, delicate pear fruit, herbal notes. Juicy, elegant, fine acid structure, mineral, apple nuances on the finish, tobacco spice on the back palate.
