Tasting Notes
Dark ruby, opaque core, purple reflections, subtle brightening on the rim. Delicate notes of cassis and liquorice, blackberry confit, subtle nuances of wood, delicate herbal spice. Full-bodied, fresh, very lively, red berry touch, ripe, well-integrated tannins, subtle lime touch on the finish, salty, should mature for another two to three years, sweet aftertaste, good length, balanced and stimulating.
