Tasting Notes

Tasting from 11.10.2024: Ulrich Sautter

Slightly cloudy lemon yellow with greenish reflections. A yeasty, citrusy and slightly wood-influenced aroma rises from the glass, with notes of Mirabelle plum, apricot and tangerine. The palate has a broad, silky texture, concentrated, sweet fruit, ripe acidity and an overall supple, relaxed structure with good length.
