Complex, engaging nose: mineral-smoky, nuances of rhubarb, flint, green apple, citrus notes. Wonderfully taut on the palate with a matching texture, again citrus notes, rhubarb, herbal-vegetal hints, subtle savouriness. Long finish with juicy, ripe acidity and pleasant, gluggable salinity.
