Medium golden yellow in colour. Intense aromas of red apple, black cherry, pink grapefruit, almond paste with air, garrigue herbs and a hint of cardamom. Juicy, deep, delicately tart on the palate with black tea, salty minerality and a hint of black pepper, light mousse. The finish is impressively characterised by smoky notes and fine wood savouriness. Exceptional Champagne.
