It is a wine made from the grape varieties Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir from the region Württemberg in Germany.
Pale salmon pink. Fruity aromas, not quite a fruit salad, with notes of raspberry and sweet cherry, subtle yeasty nuances. The palate is juicy and playful, with a fine mousse and elegant acidity. Not an easy-drinking rosé sparkling wine, but still incredibly animating.
