Pale golden yellow, green reflections. Lemon, herbal notes, some cooked apricots, ripe apple, herbal notes, especially lemon balm. Harmonious and precise. Medium-bodied on the palate, beautifully integrated but noticeable sweetness with matching, vivid acidity, fine mousse. Juicy with a long, fruity finish.
