Brilliant yellow gold with greenish reflections. Flavours of green stone fruit, greengage, yellow plums, underpinned by floral notes and a hint of fresh biscuit. Youthful bubbles and freshly structured acidity have a stimulating effect on the palate. Juicy citrus fruit and a salty note linger refreshingly on the finish. Uncomplicated drinking pleasure.
