Pale straw yellow with a fine mousse. Inviting aroma of ripe pear and yellow apple, reminiscent of various spices and chamomile in the mid-palate. Pomaceous fruit on the palate, but also some light honey, good tension and animating drive on the palate, subtly salty on the finish.
