The red wine Barbaresco DOCG Asili, vintage 2022 from the winery Michele Chiarlo has been rated in 2025 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Nebbiolo from the region Nizza Monferrato in Italy.
Gently shining ruby colour with garnet red reflections. Delicate yet warm in profile, with a rose fragrance and aromas of sweet cherry and plum, with a hint of cinnamon in the background. Velvety on the palate, with ripe fruit in the centre and gentle drive right onto the lingering finish.
