Medium salmon pink with copper reflections and a delicate, persistent mousse. Red forest berry jam, preserved cherries and strawberries makes for a fruity bouquet. Lean, with ripe apple notes on the palate and a subtle acidity, supporting an elegant yeasty-caramel finish. Offers uncomplicated drinking pleasure.
