Very pale golden yellow, silver reflections, lively, delicate mousse. Delicate hints of mango and papaya, orange zest, floral notes, a hint of blossom honey, some cookie. Taut, white apple, finesse rich acidity, salty-mineral finish, citrus touch, appears light-footed and balanced, an animating food companion. (Deg. 4/22).
