Bright golden yellow, silver reflections, very fine, persistent mousse. Somewhat restrained bouquet, subtle yellow fruit notes, a hint of pineapple, delicate orange zest. Juicy, elegant, fresh yellow apple, fine acidity, mineral-citrus finish, balanced, versatile, has persistence. (Disgorged 12/2020).
