Tasting from 19.11.2021: Gerhild Burkhard, Anne Krebiehl MW, Ulrich Sautter, Benjamin Herzog, Peter Moser

Light greenish yellow with silver reflections and a fine, persistent mousse. An inviting bouquet with fresh nuances of brioche and honeydew melon, a hint of peach and some lime zest. A juicy and freshly structured palate, with white apple fruit and minerality. A lively and versatile style. (Disgorged 10/2020)
