Tasting Notes

Tasting from 01.12.2016: Martin Kilchmann

Old vines (60 years plus) Carinyena and Garnatxa. Strong new wood, tarry-petroleum terroir notes. Very insistent on the palate: despite silky tannins and its full-bodied viscosity, the wine is not soft. Lively acidity and vivid minerality put it under tension. Great length.
