Light golden yellow in colour. Some honey, dried mango, nectarine, also floral undertones. A mealy phenolics and full-bodied impression on the palate, chalky and mineral flavours are also vivid, the acidity is ripe but gives the structure sufficient support. Independent and idiosyncratic, needs food.
