It is a wine made from the grape variety Glera from the region Veneto in Italy.
A luminous silver-grey with a persistent mousse. Crisp green apple, sea salt and meadow herbs on the nose, with some light spices. Beautifully harmonious and complex on the palate, bone-dry, albeit with a lovely fruity sweetness, precise and long.
