Bright, brilliant straw yellow with silver reflections. Fine, persistent and even mousse. Generous nose with crisp notes of apple, white peach and white melon, followed by floral hints. Accompanied on the palate by a pleasant mineral trace that gives the wine structure. Pleasant elegance and flavour accompany the long finish.
