Bright straw yellow with a persistent, airy mousse. Very fragrant on the nose, floral, white flowers, elderberry, white rose, some white stone fruit, citrus, very fresh. Balanced on the palate in terms of fruit and mousse, very round, right from front to back, good length, very fine!
