Bright silver-grey with persistent mousse. Clear and precise on the nose, of juicy lemon, fruit salad, apricots and orange zest, with an aftertaste of elderflower cordial. Balanced on the palate, also on elderflower, well-integrated mousse, hearty, balanced, drinks very well.
More about the tastingBright, pale green yellow, somewhat restrained mousse. Fragrant and fresh on the nose, of hawthorn blossom, crisp green apple and lemon zest. Juicy and salty on the palate, with plenty of fresh apple, flows calmly and has a persistent finish.
