Super bright, shiny straw yellow. Initially spicy nose then fresh sage leaves and sloe, followed by rich green apple and quince. Fruit-driven on the palate, fine mousse, harmonious in the approach and course, with good drive and fine fruit texture, elegant, long finish, very balanced.
