Tasting from 21.06.2024: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright straw yellow with pale green notes. Finely drawn nose with notes of green mango and ripe gooseberry, appealing. Nice playfulness at the beginning, light salty components, then unfortunately breaks off somewhat quickly.
