Intense ruby colour with a light garnet rim. Very clear and intense, deep nose of ripe, dark cherry, with a little clove in the background, elegant. Juicy and clear on the palate, lots of rich fruit, flint, opens up with dense, fine-meshed tannins, firm drive on the finish, long and persistent.
