Bright, flint silver grey with a persistent mousse. Distinct aromas of fresh stone fruit on the nose, along with fine acacia flowers, reverberating with herbs and lime, inviting. On the palate it is balanced, very crisp and very fresh, with great fruit sweetness and tightly woven mousse, long.
