It has a rich, brilliant straw yellow colour. Opening on the nose there are notes of ripe apple, plus some Williams pear and nut aromas. It is round on the palate, with very good tension, a sweet fruit texture, flowing calmly, and with a nice creaminess on the finish, and notes of pear and light caramel.
