Tasting from 29.08.2019: Peter Moser

Cigar box, freshly combined blueberry, elderberry, cinnamon, herbs. Sandy tannins, punchy and ripe, acidity slowly gaining in vitality over the course of the palate, bursting with fruit and substance, but without the slightest heaviness, the alcohol is barely noticeable, mineral, still compact in the aromas, with lots of cassis.
