Strong ruby garnet, delicate watery rim. Intense herbal spice, delicate balsamic notes, a hint of dried fruit, Irish moss, mint, delicately peppery, multi-layered bouquet. Elegant, medium body, rather cherry fruit nuances, lively acidity, well countered by a pleasant extract sweetness, at a first peak.
