The red wine Ventaglio Toscana Rosso IGT, vintage 2020 from the winery Argentiera has been rated in 2024 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 96 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Cabernet Franc from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Elegant ruby red in colour. Vivid, finely drawn aromas on the nose, with cassis and cranberry, underpinned by notes of mint and eucalyptus. The palate has firm tannins, grippy and hearty with earthy components, and fine spicy notes on a hearty albeit slightly course finish.
