Tasting Notes
It has a dark almost black ruby red colour. The nose is dominated by the use of oak, with lots of vanilla, cocoa powder, and only a very slight dark berry aroma. On the palate it is also dominated by oaky tannins, and yet it presents itself as a multi-layered wine which seems very young, and should definitely still mature well.
