On the nose, aromas of elderberry, sour cherry juice and blueberry muffin with subtle background notes of coconut and cinnamon from the wood. Soft on the palate initially, then intense, grainy tannins and ripe acidity. The compact, chalky, mineral edged finish reveals the wine's ageing potential.
