Ripe bouquet, concentrated fruit. Cassis, cranberry, dried plum, fine cool savouriness. Hints of black pepper, allspice and caraway. Juicy and elegant on the palate, clear fruit, blackberry, raspberry confit, cassis, savoury, bay leaf and thyme. Slightly tannic, long, ethereal-savoury finish. (BH/DV)

Ripe, inviting bouquet with lots of concentrated fruit. Cassis confit and cranberry, plus dried plum and a fine, cool spiciness. Hints of black pepper and allspice, as well as some caraway. Juicy and elegant on the palate, clear fruit, blackberry, raspberry confit, cassis and savoury hints of bay leaf and thyme, as well as black pepper. Slightly tannic, long ethereal-savoury finish.
