Tasting from 17.03.2023: Ulrich Sautter, Peter Moser

Mahogany color. A fine patina on the nose, dried figs, maraschino cherry, coffee, caramel. In the mouth very viscous, with concentrated grape aromas and at the same time with DELICATE notes of aging, the silky sweetness is balanced by perfectly integrated acidity, dense and oily yet animating, a stylistic masterpiece, aged à point.
