Tasting Notes
Bright, brightening ruby red. Fragrant nose of rose hips, pomegranate, wild strawberries, a hint of mint, plus fine floral components. On the palate polished and savoury, with fine earthy tones, vivid tannin and polished fruit, then in the finish a light drying.
More about the tastingIt has a vivid ruby colour, with a delicate garnet rim. There is a very beautiful and inviting nose, with notes of wild raspberry, blackberry, and dark cherry, as well as lovely spicy elements. On the palate there is good drive and volume, with substantial tannins, although it then becomes quite austere.
