A note of yeast and yoghurt precedes the lemony brightness on the nose. The super-fresh palate is full of citric, mouth-watering verve but this briskness is countered by a textured, smooth and subtly nutty body. The finish is pristine, citric, long and very fresh and the yeasty tone reasserts itself.
