Tasting from 13.02.2020: Peter Moser
Light greenish yellow, silver reflections, delicate mousse. The bouquet is dominated by ripe yellow apple, orange and tangerine zest with a floral touch in the background. Medium-bodied with fresh and lively structure, subtle herbal savouriness, finesse on the finish with chalky, lemon notes. Good length and versatile. Great example of a British flint influenced wine.
