Tasting from 14.02.2025: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright ruby red with shimmering edges. Elegantly restrained on the nose, with air, aromas of cherry and raspberry as well as a hint of mint. Concentrated and powerful on the palate, medium-bodied, with great harmony between the tannin structure and the acidity, a lingering, savoury finish.
