Cherry, mint, sloe, cassis, a restrained hint of wood, licorice, good fruitiness on the palate, grippy, initially crumbly (but still showing potential) tannin, ripe acidity, lots of juice, classically designed as a food companion, juniper, good length, rock solid in style, compact, definitely with potential for 3-7 years of maturity.
