Flavours of yellow fruits such as nectarine, kumquat and papaya, underpinned by buttered toast, beeswax, jasmine and narcissus. Subtle notes of toast from ageing in wooden barrels blend in harmoniously. Dry, medium-bodied and very well-structured on the palate, with measured freshness, fine tannin grip and a yellow-fruity finish. A well-balanced white wine with plenty of finesse.
