Cherry red with light purple reflections. Intense aromas of dates, balsamic vinegar and dark chocolate jump out on the nose. A subtle hint of sour blueberries hovers above. The tannin on the palate is pronounced and the alcohol is quite strong. The medium acidity lightens the whole.
