A light Bordeaux Blanc with a focus on Sauvignon Blanc: medium-bodied flavours of melon, gooseberry and grapefruit, measured freshness, lean body, subtle fruit and a delicate bitter note on the finish. An uncomplicated white wine with a good drinking flow that goes well both on its own and with light dishes.
