The franciacorta Edizione Naturae Brut Nature Franciacorta DOCG, vintage 2016 from the winery Barone Pizzini has been rated in 2020 by Othmar Kiem und Simon Staffler with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Chardonnay, Pinot Noir from the region Lombardia in Italy.
Brilliant white gold. Very fragrant with a yellow fruit nose, elegant and inviting, ripe banana, pear, peach, also pineapple, then lemon and a touch of cool minerality. It displays a very great balance on the palate, precise and vivid, very straightforward, dry, and with a juicy clear finish.
