Bright straw yellow with silver reflections and persistent mousse. Fine notes of fresh lemon on the nose, followed by walnut, oysters and fresh peach, with fine notes of salted caramel and iodine on the finish. Pure and clear on the palate, with well-integrated acidity, a beautiful flow, stimulating, with a slightly grippy finish.
More about the tastingBright, light straw yellow with a persistent mousse. The nose opens with nuances of walnut, date, dried white rose, some sea salt, black bread crust and blood orange. On the palate it is juicy and precise, with a great mousse and a linear, bone dry finish and great balance.
