It is a wine made from the grape varieties Chardonnay, Pinot Nero from the region Franciacorta in Italy.
Brilliant straw yellow with golden reflections. Distinctive on the nose, of fresh brown bread, salted butter, followed by yellow peach and a hint of almond. Very fresh and bone-dry on the palate, with a racy mousse and a persistent, juicy finish.
