Bright lemon yellow with a subtle olive green tinge. Expressive on the nose, with clear notes of stone fruit, hints of tropical fruits and apricot, then nuances of wet stone and fresh rosemary. Pronounced on the palate, compact with bright fruit notes. The mousse recedes into the background, but it still drinks well, in a juicy and animating manner.
