The sparkling wine Asolo Prosecco Superiore DOCG Extra Brut, vintage 2023 from the winery Bele Casel has been rated in 2025 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Glera, Bianchetta, Perera from the region Veneto in Italy.
Bright silver-green in colour with a persistent mousse. On the complex and appealing nose, pleasant aromas of meadow herbs, chamomile, crunchy pear, with slightly red-fruit notes in the background. The palate reveals great fruit expression and a hearty mousse, balanced and harmonious, with good length.
