The sparkling wine Vecchie Uve Asolo Prosecco Superiore DOCG 2021, vintage 2024 from the winery Bele Casel has been rated in 2025 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Glera, Bianchetta, Perera from the region Veneto in Italy.
Bright straw yellow, with a persistent mousse. Very fragrant and fine on the nose, with notes of yellow apple, hay, sage, subtle floral notes and a touch of pear. Elegant and balanced, with the finest mousse on the palate and its very own style, beautiful fruit from start to finish, a great accompaniment to food.
