Tasting from 22.04.2022: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Shiny, pale straw yellow with a fairly restrained mousse. A delicate nose shows some grapefruit and tangerine; whilst the round and full-bodied palate spreads out well. It's well balanced and juicy, with good tension.
