Tasting from 18.03.2022: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright ruby red with a radiant core. Opens the nose with elegant leather nuances, ripe cherry, rose hips and a slight hint of strawberry confit. Initially shows a lot of sweet texture on the palate, with plenty of grippy tannin, appears slightly brittle on the finish, can and should still mature.
