Crémant for Champagne drinkers. Fresh apple, citrus and yeasty mineral notes on the nose, very complex and fresh. Pleasantly dry on the palate and carried by a fine, creamy mousse. Finishes juicy with herbal and stone notes. A beautifully juicy finish.
