Tasting from 01.01.2024: Peter Moser, Dominik Vombach, Benajmin Herzog

Crémant for Champagne drinkers. Fresh apple, citrus and yeasty mineral notes on the nose, very complex and fresh. Pleasantly dry on the palate and carried by a fine, creamy mousse. Finishes juicy with herbal and stone notes. A beautifully juicy finish.
