Ripe bouquet with notes of cassis and blackberry confit. Also hints of caramel and hay. Rather broad on the palate, with textured fruit and soft acidity. Slightly persistent tannin, medium spicy finish.

Powerful, dark bouquet with notes of cassis, dried plum, elderberries and spices, subtle dry hay and fenugreek. Rather broad and soft on the palate with noticeable, currently still persistent tannins and a medium finish with a certain sweetness. Needs to grow-up.
